Stephanie Hayes has a diverse background in the insurance industry, with experience in underwriting and risk management. Stephanie is currently working as the Vice President of Allied Healthcare at Richmond National, a position they started in December 2021. Prior to that, they worked as an Underwriting Consultant at CNA Insurance from November 2020 to December 2021.

Stephanie's earlier roles include being a Production Underwriting Specialist at Great American Insurance Group from June 2018 to November 2020, where they exceeded new business growth goals and managed a substantial LTC book value. Stephanie also served as an Assistant Vice President at OneBeacon Insurance Group from June 2014 to March 2018, where they handled a $14 million LTC Surplus Lines business and consistently exceeded growth goals.

Stephanie began their career at Markel Corporation in February 2007 as an Architects and Engineers Professional Liability Underwriter. During their time there, they managed a $10 million combined new and renewal business and specialized in risk selection and analysis.
