Mandy Wu

Mandy Wu is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in business assessment, financial modeling, and due diligence. Currently serving as a Senior Manager at Richter Consulting, Inc. since October 2018, Mandy has developed expertise in cash flow forecasting and both buy-side and sell-side due diligence. Prior to this role, Mandy worked at EY from October 2014 to May 2018, progressing from a Staff Accountant to a Senior Financial Analyst within the Transactions Advisory team, recognized for top performance and fast track achievements. Mandy also gained early experience as an Analyst at Moody's Investors Service, focusing on Greater China Credit Research and Analysis in 2014. Mandy holds a Master of Economics and a Bachelor of Economics and Finance from The University of Hong Kong.
