Szilveszter E. Vizi

Szilveszter E. Vizi is a Medical doctor, academician. Graduated from the Semmelweis University of Medicine. From 1989 to 2002 Director of the Institute of Experimental Medicine (IEM) of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences. President of the Hungarian Academy of Sciences between 2002 and 2008. Currently a researcher at the IEM. Joined the Board in 2008.
