After many years working as an engineer helping industrial automation companies improve their productivity and profitability, Mitchell now applies his expertise in empirical and mathematical law to the Scientific Research & Experimental Development (SR&ED) tax incentive program, where Newton’s laws and fiscal laws meet.

Mitchell leads our in-house SR&ED team, and has been providing fiscal advice at Richter for over a decade. He has successfully positioned over a thousand technical and scientific projects, helping clients obtain millions of dollars in SR&ED tax credits and other incentives.

Whether for a Startup, SME, or large company, Mitchell takes pride in helping his clients improve their internal processes, leverage their innovation, and optimize their corporate tax credit strategy. An experienced world traveler and avid chess player, he is always planning his family’s next adventure.
