Erika Shultz

Erika Shultz has extensive experience in project management and sales, currently serving as a Design Services Support Specialist at Ricoh USA, Inc. since December 2015, where responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance project strategies and workflows. Previously, as a Senior Account Executive at Ricoh, Erika focused on customer retention and expansion of the company's offerings through outbound sales and webinars for senior executives. In addition, Erika worked as an Independent Travel Agent with Travel Adventures By E from March 2022 to February 2023. Erika holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Phoenix, obtained in February 2021, and has educational experience at St. Louis Community College.
