Peter Gallone BSc has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Peter is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at RICOR Group since 2022. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director at Impact@G Limited from April 2022 to November 2022. In this role, they provided management consulting services to UK manufacturing companies.

Before that, Peter worked at GESTAMP for a significant period, holding various positions. Peter also has experience working at Rolls-Royce as a Plant Leader from June 2005 to May 2007. Additionally, they worked at DEM Manufacturing as the Director of Operations, responsible for multiple functions like H&S, R&D, quality, sales, purchasing, engineering, process improvement, and manufacturing, from May 2000 to May 2005.

At Tallent Engineering Limited, Peter was the Materials and Logistics Manager from September 1992 to May 2000. Peter collaborated with Cardiff Business School and British Steel to reduce supply chain waste and enhance competitiveness. In this role, they also developed suppliers and implemented capacity planning models during a growth period.

Lastly, Peter started their career at Thorn Lighting as the Production Planning Control Manager from July 1985 to September 1992. Peter implemented scheduling systems, stock control procedures, and collaborated with internal teams for timely delivery.
