Justin Young

Justin Young is the Chief Executive Officer at RICS since July 2023, following a tenure as Managing Director at Hattingley Associates, where strategic consulting on business growth and operational effectiveness was provided. Prior to these roles, Justin served as Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Knight Frank, focusing on operational transformations and enhancing client experiences through technology. Justin's experience also includes leading business services at Holman Fenwick Willan and overseeing strategic operations in South East Asia for Clifford Chance. With a background in marketing communications at Compaq and strategic management at HP, as well as military leadership, Justin holds a BA hons in Psychology from Durham University.
