Aukrit Unahalekhaka has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. In 2008, they started as a Technology Analyst Intern at Citi. Aukrit then worked as a Software Engineer at Cisco in 2009. From 2011 to 2014, Aukrit served as a Consultant at Accenture. In 2014, they joined the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) as a Graduate Student, where they stayed until 2016. Aukrit co-founded Ricult in 2016 and served as the Co-Founder & CEO (Thailand). Ricult is a social enterprise that utilizes machine learning and satellite technology to help smallholder farmers access affordable loans and improve productivity. In 2017, Aukrit became an Entrepreneur In Residence/Lecturer at Chulalongkorn University, where they advised and assisted students in turning their ideas into startups. Lastly, in 2019, they became an Obama Leader for the Obama Foundation's Leaders: Asia-Pacific program, which aims to empower emerging leaders to create positive change in their communities.

Aukrit Unahalekhaka obtained their Master's degree in System Engineering, Management, and Entrepreneurship from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the years 2014 to 2016. Aukrit also holds a Master of Engineering degree in Operations Research and Information Engineering from Cornell University. Aukrit completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, where they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science. Prior to their higher education, Aukrit graduated from Ruamrudee International School with a High School Diploma. Additionally, Aukrit has acquired two Sustainability Certificates from the MIT Sloan School of Management, although the exact dates of their attainment are not provided.
