Thagip H. has a diverse range of work experience. Currently, they are serving as the Chief Operations Officer at RIDA Group since June 2021. Prior to this, they worked at REMED ENGINEERING from September 2019 to June 2021, initially as the Managing Director and later as the Engineering HoD. Thagip also had a role at RIDA Group from February 2018 to March 2021 as the Technical Lead / Site Manager Deputy. In the past, they worked as a Senior Mechanical Project Engineer at Exseer Mining Company from January 2015 to January 2018, and as a Mechanical Project Engineer from July 2013 to December 2014. Thagip also worked as a Part-time Lecturer at Omdurman Islamic University (OIU) from February 2013 to November 2013. Additionally, they gained experience as a System Engineer at Aeronautical Research Center from December 2012 to July 2013. Thagip started their career as a Jr. Mechanical Design Engineer at Pesaka Astana (M) Sdn Bhd from April 2010 to July 2011 and had an internship at Armeca sdn. Bhd from April 2010 to June 2010.

Thagip H. holds a Master of Engineering (MEng) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. Their undergraduate education was completed at UNIVERSITI INDUSTRI SELANGOR, where they obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Mechanical Engineering. Thagip H. has several additional certifications including Chartered Engineer (CEng) from the Engineering Council, a membership with the Institution of Mechanical Engineers (MIMechE), and a professional membership with the American Society for Engineering Management (ASEM). They also hold certifications such as PMI Professional in Business Analysis (PMI-PBA) from the Project Management Institute, Iosh Managing Safely from IOSH, Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, and Graduate Engineer certification from the Sudan Engineering Council.
