Kevin Sutton

Kevin Sutton is a Principal Investigator at Riddet Institute, previously serving as an Associate Investigator. Kevin is also a Plant and Food Representative on the Wheat Liaison Group and holds multiple leadership roles in bioresources engineering and chemistry within the New Zealand Institute for Plant & Food Research Ltd. With a background in organic chemistry and a focus on wheat protein characterisation, Kevin brings a wealth of experience from various research positions at institutions such as Crop & Food Research and the University of Oxford.
