Richie Gharapetian began their career in 2010 as a Recruiter and Account Manager at Atomic Staffing, a startup recruitment firm. Richie personally placed hundreds of individuals in perm/full-time and contract positions with key enterprise accounts in the eCommerce and Technology industries. In 2014, they moved to Neozene as a Senior Consultant. The following year, they joined TalentLabs as a Senior Recruiter. In 2016, they joined Ridecell as the sole Talent Acquisition professional and scaled the company from a 20 person Series A startup to a Post-Series B global organization with over 150 employees worldwide. Richie led Talent acquisition teams and initiatives in San Francisco, Milpitas, Europe and India.
Richie Gharapetian is currently enrolled at San Jose State University, where they are studying Business Administration. Richie also holds a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn, which they obtained in August 2020.
