John Bissada

John Bissada has extensive work experience in the software development field. John is currently working as a Software Development Manager at RideCo. On-Demand Transit since September 2021. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Software Development Manager at McAfee from November 2016 to January 2021.

Before joining McAfee, John worked at PTC for several years. John held various roles including Principal Software Developer from 2012 to October 2016, Technical Manager from 2005 to 2012, and Senior Developer from 2002 to 2005.

John's early career started at Scientific Atlanta, where they were a Software Architect from 1999 to 2001, Team Lead/Senior Developer from 1997 to 1999, and Software Developer from 1994 to 1997.

John Bissada pursued their education at Queen's University from 1990 to 1994, where they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science with a focus on the Computer option. In addition to their degree, they also received certification as a Certified ScrumMaster from Berteig Consulting Inc., although the specific month and year of obtaining the certification are not provided.
