Steve Urban

Steve Urban is an accomplished CEO, executive recruiter, and chief AI officer, currently leading Riderflex and hosting "The Riderflex Podcast." Urban is also the author of "The Riderflex Guide" book series. Additional roles include serving as COO and franchise co-owner at Kura Home Services, as well as holding interim consulting assignments as COO at Madlom Real Estate and Fresh Produce Clothing. Urban contributes to the nonprofit sector as a member of the board of directors for the Flywheel Project. An alumnus of the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma with a Bachelor of Arts in Communications, Urban further enhanced expertise through a People Analytics Certification from Wharton Online.
