Bonnie Wininger

Bonnie Wininger, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an experienced human resources professional with a robust background in recruitment, organizational development, and performance management. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at Ridetech since August 2021, Bonnie previously held several key HR roles at Kimball Electronics and Kimball International from 1984 to 2021, where responsibilities included benefit coordination, compensation programs, and wellness initiatives. Early in the career, Bonnie contributed to IT support and administrative functions within Kimball International’s Office Furniture Division. Educational achievements include an Associate of Science degree in Business Management and an Associate of Science degree in Administrative Assistant & Secretarial Science from Vincennes University.
