James Bishop

James Bishop is a seasoned structural engineer with extensive experience in design and management within the engineering sector. Currently serving as a Partner at Ridge and Partners LLP since January 2024, James has previously held significant roles such as Director at Pringuer-James Consulting Engineers from January 2020 to January 2024, and Technical Director at WSP in the UK from February 2016 to December 2019. Prior to these positions, James contributed to notable projects as Associate Partner and Associate at Foster and Partners from May 2011 to February 2016, and as Associate at Arup from September 2001 to April 2011. James holds a Master of Engineering degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Exeter, completed in 2001.
