Wendy Shoemaker

Wendy Shoemaker is the current Vice President of Community Operations at RIDGE CARE. Wendy has over 25 years of experience in the senior living industry.

Wendy began their career in 1993 as the Marketing Director for United Way of Iredell County. Wendy then became an Executive Director for The Gardens in 2000 and Carillon Assisted Living in 2005. In 2016, Wendy became the Regional Director of Operations for Elmcroft Senior Living.

Wendy has a passion for working with seniors and providing them with the best possible care. Wendy is dedicated to their work and takes pride in making a positive impact on the lives of those they work with.

Wendy Shoemaker has a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
