Wayne Barron

Wayne Barron has extensive experience in pastoral leadership and church administration, serving as Discipleship Pastor at Ridgecrest Baptist Church since April 2013 and as Pastor at South Side Baptist Church from January 1999 to January 2011. In addition to pastoral duties, Wayne has demonstrated expertise in non-profit management, public speaking, curriculum development, leadership training, and financial oversight. Earlier roles include support and training at St Johns Health System, where responsibilities involved IDX help desk management and system training, and patient business services at St. Johns Hospital, handling patient billing and insurance processes. Wayne holds a Master’s degree in Church Leadership from Liberty University and a Bachelor’s degree in Pastoral Leadership/Theology from Baptist Bible College.
