Melanie Mercado

Melanie Mercado is a seasoned professional in customer success and performance management, currently serving as a Staff member in Customer Success at Ridgeline since July 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Performance Manager and Performance Analyst at City National Rochdale from May 2016 to July 2021, where expertise in portfolio management for high-net-worth clients was developed. Melanie also contributed to Advent Software as a Client Support Specialist and Associate Data Analyst from November 2014 to May 2016, and began their career at MediaCom as a Financial Claims Analyst from June 2013 to July 2014. Melanie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Policy Studies from Syracuse University, with minors in Spanish and Business Management.
