Sarah Keil

Sarah Keil, MSW, serves as the School Based Behavioral Health Liaison and Assistant Coordinator at Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services, where responsibilities include monitoring program consumers and leading mental health recovery groups. Previously, Sarah worked as a Student Assistant and Water Safety Instructor at the University of Tennessee RecSports, teaching swimming lessons and managing transactions. As an Undergraduate Research Assistant in the University of Tennessee Psychology Department, Sarah contributed to studies focused on campus diversity and interracial conversations. Additional experience includes roles as a Child Care Specialist at First Unitarian Universalist Church and Swim Instructor 2 at Donelson Hermitage YMCA, where Sarah taught swimming lessons and trained new instructors. Sarah holds a Master of Social Work degree from the University of Denver and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville.
