Tiffany Oliver began their career in 2014 as a Chef Manager at Creative Dining Services. In this role, they were responsible for recruiting, onboarding, and training kitchen employees, as well as providing confidential support and knowledge to employees regarding any dispute resolution needs and time away requirements. Tiffany also audited payroll transactions including adjustments and special entries. In 2018, Tiffany moved on to Alamo Drafthouse Cinema as an Assistant Kitchen Manager, where they worked with other members of the kitchen management team to recruit, onboard and train kitchen employees. Tiffany also collaborated with members of management to coach, counsel and develop employees, utilizing performance management tools to ensure employee turnover percentages were below 50%. Most recently, in 2021, Tiffany began working at Ridwell as a Partnerships Manager and Commercial Coordinator.
Tiffany Oliver obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science - BASc in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales University in 2005. Tiffany then obtained a Master's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Concordia University-St. Paul in 2021. In 2017, they obtained a ServSafe certification, and in 2018, they obtained a Texas Food Manager Certification.
