Regulatory Affairs - Physico-chemical Properties And Analytical Methods at RIFCON GmbH

Clara Leonardi possesses extensive experience in regulatory affairs and food safety management, currently serving in a role focused on physico-chemical properties and analytical methods at RIFCON GmbH since April 2021. Prior to this, Clara worked as a Programme Officer at the European Food Safety Authority, coordinating science development projects to enhance risk assessment methodologies. Clara's experience also includes consultancy for food quality and safety management at FEDACOVA, implementing HACCP principles and promoting good hygiene practices. In addition, Clara has led EU innovation projects aimed at improving food safety and sustainability in the agri-food sector, demonstrating strong skills in project management, proposal writing, and stakeholder networking. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree and Bachelor's degree in Food Science and Technology from Università degli Studi di Parma, along with participation in the Erasmus Plus Program at Universitat Politècnica de València.
