Vincent Seijger

Vincent Seijger has a diverse work experience starting in 2010 as a Sales Employee at Ben van Dijk Electropoint bv where they made sales and provided technical support to customers. In 2015, they worked as a Maritime Officer | Dual Cadet at Maersk Line. Vincent then joined Sligro Food Group as an Assistant Buyer Non-food & WRCP in 2016. In 2017, they became a Trainee Engine Officer at Maersk Line, where they gained experience in working and operating large machinery. In 2019, they worked as a Project Engineer at SOLID, involved in the Living Lab Metal Power project. Currently, they are the Co-founder & Technical Manager at RIFT | Renewable Iron Fuel Technology, where they are focused on developing Iron Fuel Technology to decarbonize energy-intensive industries.

Vincent Seijger has a diverse education history. Vincent obtained a Master's degree in Sustainable Energy Technology from the Eindhoven University of Technology, which they pursued from 2018 to 2020. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Maritime Officer at the HZ University of Applied Sciences, from 2013 to 2017. In 2017-2018, Vincent undertook a premaster program in Sustainable Energy Technology at the Eindhoven University of Technology.

Before entering university, Vincent studied Medical Sciences and Technology at the Eindhoven University of Technology for one year, from 2012 to 2013. Vincent completed their secondary education at Heerbeeck College Best, where they completed their Atheneum (equivalent to high school) from 2006 to 2012.

Vincent also holds a certification as a Student Member (SIMarEST) from The Institute of Marine Engineering, Science and Technology (IMarEST), but the specific date of obtaining this certification is not provided.
