Caprisa Scruggs

Caprisa Scruggs has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a significant tenure at RCM&D since November 2005, holding the positions of Assistant Vice President/Client Executive and Assistant Vice President/Client Manager. Prior to this, Caprisa worked at The Reciprocal Group from June 1984 to March 2003 as an Underwriting Specialist, developing extensive expertise in client management and underwriting processes.
