Kealy Schroeder

Kealy Schroeder, M.B.A. is an experienced professional with a diverse background in management and operations. Currently serving as Regional Manager at Right At School since June 2020, Kealy also owns Shamrock Granite, a role held since January 2016. Previous positions include Workplace Solutions Coordinator and Quality Coordinator at YWCA Metropolitan Chicago from January 2018 to June 2020, as well as Area Manager and Program Coordinator at KinderCare Education from June 2007 to December 2017. Early career experiences include serving as a Floral Assistant and Accounts Payable Manager at Lange's Woodland Flowers from February 2003 to October 2015. Kealy holds a Master of Business Administration degree from North Central College, earned in May 2021, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Business Management from North Central College, obtained in 2010. Kealy also attended Augustana College from 2006 to 2008.
