Adam Strickland has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Adam currently works at Right Management Great Lakes Region, where they are the Director of Transition Coaching and Engagement. Adam is responsible for leading a team of professionals in assisting transitioning candidates to find their next opportunity. Adam also manages a team of engagement and quality professionals who gather feedback from candidates.

Before joining Right Management, Adam was a Manager of Transition Coaching and Engagement, where they led a team of coaching professionals and oversaw the hiring and performance management processes. Prior to that, they worked as a Career Management Consultant, coaching candidates of all levels in their job search and career development.

Adam also has experience in the financial services industry, having worked at Raymond James as a Supervisor. Adam led a team responsible for setting up and maintaining personal accounts. Additionally, they worked at The Action Benefits Company, where they held various roles such as Operations Manager, Training and Development Consultant, Customer Service Representative, and Service Support Representative. In these roles, they focused on improving customer service, training and development, and process improvement.
