Atiya Dixon

Atiya Dixon has over seven years of experience in the information technology and customer service sectors. Currently, Atiya serves as a Tier 1 Support specialist at Rightworks, focusing on cloud support since December 2019. Prior to this role, Atiya worked as an Information Technology Specialist for Fulton County Government, where responsibilities included hardware installation and IT support. Additional experience includes a position as a Customer Service Specialist at NexRep, LLC, and a Technical Support Specialist role at Asurion. Notably, Atiya interned with the National Football League (NFL) during Super Bowl LIII, contributing to IT initiatives. Atiya holds an Associate of Science degree in Network and System Administration from Atlanta Technical College, completed in 2020.
