Brett Tolman

Brett Tolman, the Executive Director of Right on Crime, previously served as an attorney at The Tolman Group and Ray Quinney & Nebeker. Brett also held the position of United States Attorney for the District of Utah. Prior to that, Brett worked as Chief Counsel for Crime and Terrorism for the United States Senate Judiciary Committee. Brett's legal career began as a Law Clerk for the Honorable Chief Judge Dee Benson at the United States District Court. Brett holds a Doctor of Law degree from J. Reuben Clark Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in English from Brigham Young University.
