Jessie Beard, MBA

Jessie (Beard) Kelly, MBA has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning various industries. Starting in 2003, Kelly worked as an Administrative Assistant at Larry H. Miller Dealerships, where they played a crucial role in customer and dealer interaction. In 2011, Kelly joined Heart 'n Home Hospice & Palliative Care, LLC, initially as a Graphic Designer and later as an Outreach Coordinator and Interim Director of Outreach. During this time, they designed marketing materials, educated the community about hospice services, and built relationships with referral partners. In 2016, Kelly became an Event Coordinator at Alpine Ponds Event Center, where they organized and managed events. In 2018, Kelly established their own business, Vivid Designs, LLC, as a Business Owner. They later joined The Car Park in 2017 and held two roles: Marketing Manager, responsible for developing marketing strategies and managing branding, and Project and Development Specialist, overseeing various projects and office space builds. In 2021, Kelly moved to Peak Utility Services Group as a Marketing Manager, where they created and managed marketing strategies and budgets for the holding company and its subsidiaries. Currently, Kelly is the Marketing Director at Right! Systems, Inc., a position they started in 2022.

Jessie (Beard) Kelly pursued their education at Boise State University, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Criminal Justice from 2005 to 2010. Later, they continued their academic journey at the same institution and earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from 2018 to 2021.
