Keshan Naidoo

Keshan Naidoo has extensive experience in the field of human resources. They started their career as an HR Administrative Officer at Programmed Construction- A Division of The Workforce Group in 2011 and held this position until 2013. Following this, they worked as an HR Officer at Blake Group from October 2013 to September 2014.

In 2015, Keshan joined Wits Health Consortium and served as an HR Officer from January to December. From January to November 2016, they held the position of HR Manager at the same company.

Their next employment was at Right to Care, where Keshan worked as a Human Resources Manager from December 2016 to August 2018. They then became a Senior Human Resources Manager at the same company from September 2018 to May 2020.

Currently, Keshan holds the position of Deputy Chief HR Officer at Right to Care, starting from July 2020.

Keshan Naidoo completed a Master of Management in Entrepreneurship and New Venture Creation from Wits Business School during the period of 2020 to 2022. Prior to that, in 2018, Naidoo pursued a Postgraduate Diploma in Labour Law at the University of Johannesburg. The earliest recorded education for Naidoo dates back to 2008 to 2010, where they obtained a Bachelor of Social Science (BSocSci) from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, with a focus on Industrial/Organizational and General Psychology.
