Alecia Ng

Alecia Ng, Assoc CIPD, is a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at Right To Play since April 2021, contributing to the organization's mission of enhancing the well-being of children through play-based programs worldwide. Prior experience includes serving as a Recruitment Consultant for ABL Recruitment, specializing in multi-lingual talent across various sectors, and holding roles in talent acquisition at Shilla Travel Retail Hong Kong Limited. Achievements include successfully placing around 80 frontline roles at Shilla Travel and developing a candidate database for recruitment tracking. Alecia holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and International Relations from Wesleyan University, complemented by experiences at Yonsei International Summer School and Heep Yunn School.
