Della Nhiwatiwa, MBA, CSM, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in program finance and accounting. Currently serving as Program Finance Manager at Right To Play since May 2022, Della specializes in grant budgeting, financial reporting, and capacity building for program finance officers. Previous roles include Financial Professional at Ontario Colleges Library Service and Manager of Project Finance at ADRA Canada, overseeing significant budgets and multiple field offices. Della's career began as Finance Manager at Dore & Pitt (Private) Limited, where effective financial management led to considerable cost reductions. Della holds an MBA from the University of Zimbabwe and is pursuing ACCA qualifications, complementing a foundational Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Solusi University.
