Arpit Chauhan

Arpit Chauhan is a Robotics Software Engineer currently employed at Rightbot Technologies since February 2023, where responsibilities include developing a novel perception algorithm for 6D pose detection and visual localization for UGVs, as well as simulating robotic environments using NVIDIA Issac Sim. Previously, Arpit served as a Robotics Software Consultant, focusing on SLAM and teleoperation software stacks for UGVs. An earlier role as a Robotics Software Developer at Foodlabs involved creating a ROS2-based metaOS for autonomous robots and developing path planning algorithms. Additionally, Arpit led the AI robotics team at Project MANAS and has gained experience as a software intern and summer intern in robotics and cloud computing. Arpit holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from Manipal Institute of Technology.
