Felipe Molina Gaviria

Felipe Molina Gaviria is a seasoned professional in the legal tech industry, currently serving as Venture Building & Product Manager at rightmart Group since May 2022, where efforts focus on making legal services for consumers more accessible. Felipe has successfully launched the brand PassExperten, which specializes in immigration law insights, and has integrated new business models while enhancing service quality within the organization. As the Founder and Podcast Host of Legal Tech Talk I, Felipe continues to engage audiences quarterly. Additionally, Felipe serves as a mentor and advisor for Reclama Smart, a legal tech company in Latin America, aiming to improve access to justice. Previous experience includes hosting the "Talking Legal Tech" podcast at Legal Tech Lab Cologne, working as a Digital Consultant at Luther Rechtsanwaltsgesellschaft mbH, and completing an internship at the Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales. Felipe holds a law degree from the University of Cologne and participated in an ERASMUS program at Universidade Nova de Lisboa.
