Clay Pennington

Clay Pennington is the current Product Owner at RightNow Media. Clay has also held the positions of Manager, Knowledge Management System/Product Owner and Director, Learning Solutions.

Clay began their career in 2009 as the Director, Learning Solutions at ReachLocal. Clay then transitioned to ADT Security in 2013 as the Manager, Knowledge Management System/Product Owner. While at ADT Security, they co-designed and developed a new Knowledge Management system. Clay was also responsible for conducting focus groups, surveys, and interviews for needs analysis of product systems. In July 2019, Clay left ADT Security to join RightNow Media as the Product Owner.

Clay’s experience in product development and management make him an asset to any team. Their ability to work with stakeholders and developers to create successful products is evident in their work history.

Clay Pennington has a B.S. in Construction Science from Texas A&M University and an Associate's in Visual Communications from Brookhaven College.
