Tim helped build the design practice at Rightpoint, a Genpact Company, over the past decade where he has been responsible for hiring, mentoring, and growing it from a team of one into the industry-leading group it is now. Today, Tim creates experiences that improve the overall employee experience at every touchpoint utilizing customer experience strategies to develop internal communications sites, modern workplace, and other digital tools for some of the world’s most recognized brands.
