Swati Swani

Swati Swani, PMP, PMI-ACP has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Currently, they are the Director of Design and Implementation at RightSite Health since March 2023. Previously, they held the position of Director of Professional Services at Signify Health from April 2021 to March 2023, where they also served as a Senior Population Designer from June 2019 to March 2021. Before that, they worked as a Population Design Consultant at TAVHealth from March 2018 to June 2019.

Swati has a strong background in software development, having worked as the Director of Product Development at KnowledgeSapling Software Solutions from November 2012 to February 2018. In this role, they managed the development of a learning management system and career planning platform using Agile software development framework. Swati also handled strategic planning, end-user adoption, and collaborated with the executive leadership team.

Prior to that, Swati served as a Manager at Deloitte Consulting from November 2007 to October 2012, where they gained valuable experience in the consulting industry. Swati also worked as a Business System Analyst at MAXIMUS, Inc from December 2005 to October 2007.

Swati's career began as a Senior Lecturer at Acharya Narendra Dev College, Delhi University, India where they taught Under Graduate Students in Electronics from September 1993 to June 1996.

Swati has also held roles as a Senior Consultant at Oracle from January 1997 to October 2000, and as a Consultant at USCS International from June 1996 to December 1996.

Throughout their career, Swati has demonstrated their expertise in project management, agile methodologies, software development, and strategic planning, making their a valuable asset in any organization.

Swati Swani, PMP, PMI-ACP has a diverse education background. Swati holds a Certificate Course in Project Management from the University of California, Berkeley, which they obtained in 2003. Prior to that, they pursued an M.Phil in Electronics from Delhi University in 1994, an M.Sc in Electronics from Delhi University in 1993, and a B.Sc in Electronics (Honors) from Delhi University in 1991. Swati Swani completed their high school education in Science from Holy Child School between 1975 and 1988. In addition to their educational qualifications, they also hold certifications such as PMP and PMI Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP).
