Eva McCloskey Senkyrik has a diverse range of work experience in recruiting and management roles. Eva McCloskey started their career as a Technical Recruiter at EFFORT Staffing in 2013 and later worked as a Human Resources Corporate Recruiter and Human Resources Manager at Netsync Network Solutions from 2010 to 2013. From 2014 to 2020, Eva served as Managing Consultant and Operations Manager at Anytime Fitness. Eva McCloskey then joined NRT GROUP, where they worked as a Sr. Technical Recruiter, Recruiting Manager, and Account Manager before transitioning to their current role as Director of Recruiting at RightWorks in 2023. Eva's experience in the staffing and fitness industries highlights their expertise in identifying and cultivating talent for various organizations.

Eva McCloskey Senkyrik began their education in 1999 at Austin Community College, where they pursued general studies until 2001. Following that, from 2001 to 2003, they attended Blinn College, majoring in general studies but did not earn a degree. In 2011, they enrolled at Rice University and completed a degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General, earning a PHR qualification in 2012. Currently, Eva Senkyrik is preparing to pursue a Certified Personal Trainer certification at the National Academy of Sports Medicine, specializing in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management.
