Travis Kauffmann

Travis Kauffmann is an experienced senior recruiter currently engaged with RightWorks since December 2022. Prior to this role, Travis held multiple positions at The Judge Group from March 2018 to December 2022, culminating in the role of Vice President of Recruiting. Travis's earlier experience includes serving as an Inside Account Executive at SHI International Corp. from August 2014 to December 2017, where the focus was on connecting businesses with advanced technology solutions. Travis earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Political Science and Government from Texas A&M University between 2009 and 2014.
