Ed Traupman

Ed Traupman is the Senior Vice President responsible for the Product Line Management (PLM) and overall Profit and Loss (P&L) of all products and services delivered by RigNet. This includes overseeing the company’s pricing and margin strategies, reviewing and approving all bids and proposals and ensuring the sales organization has the tools and information necessary to deliver quality products and services in a timely manner to meet the needs of RigNet’s customers.

Prior to joining RigNet, Mr. Traupman spent almost 39 years in various segments of the telecommunications industry holding numerous technical and managerial positions at DSC Communications, Alcatel, Rapid5 Networks and Telmar Network Technology Inc. where he served as Vice President and General Manager of Telmar’s Extended Life, Professional Services, and Customer Technical Assistance Center (CTAC) business units.
