David Noonan has extensive experience in the manufacturing and customer service industries, currently serving as Team Captain, Customer Service Representative, and Call Coach at rigneydolphin since August 2009. Prior to this role, David worked at Waterford Crystal from March 1981 to July 2008, holding positions as a Semi-Skilled Worker and Master Cutter. Complementing professional experience, David has pursued several educational certifications, including Lean Manufacturing from the Institute of Industrial Engineers, Training and Development from the Irish Institute of Training and Development, and Occupational Safety and Health Technology from University College Dublin. David also holds a Foundation Certificate in Business Studies and Humanities from Waterford Institute of Technology.
