Mark van der Velden

Mark van der Velden is an experienced IT professional currently serving as CIO and Manager of Information and Medical Technology at Rijnstate since October 2016. Prior to this role, Mark worked as a Principal Consultant at M&I Partners from February 2005 to September 2016, and held the position of Senior Consultant at Quint Wellington Redwood from November 2000 to January 2005. Earlier career experiences include serving as Director of Development Services at Baan from 1997 to 2000, Software Quality Officer at Alterra from 1993 to 1997, and Software Engineer at ICT Automatisering from 1990 to 1993. Mark has advanced education credentials, including a Master of Business Administration from TIAS School for Business and Society, and a degree in Computer Science from the University of Twente, complemented by leadership training from The School of Leadership by Ebbinge and specialized programs through CIONET.
