Merete Sandstad

Merete Sandstad has extensive experience in auditing and management, currently serving as a Seniorrådgiver in both forvaltningsrevisjon and regnskapsrevisjon at Riksrevisjonen since April 2007, focusing on compliance audits related to parliamentary decisions. Prior to this, Merete held the position of Seniorrådgiver/utreder at Norsk Fysioterapeutforbund, where responsibilities included developing investigative operations and preparing cases for the board. Additional experience includes consultancy roles at the Arbeids- og administrasjonsdepartementet, where Merete coordinated legislative materials and managed sickness absence data in the public sector. Educational qualifications include a Cand. Polit/Master in Psychology from the Norwegian University of Science and Technology and various master's programs in management and auditing from BI Norwegian Business School. Additionally, Merete contributed as a volunteer at Røde Kors Hovedstaden.
