Marco Marongiu is a seasoned Site Reliability Engineer at RiksTV since March 2020 and has been a self-employed technical author since 1995, focusing on the technical blog syslog.me. Previously, Marco held the position of Head of IT at Telenor Digital, where promise theory was utilized to manage a diverse team and define scalable processes.
