Patty Young

Patty Young is an accomplished freelance graphic designer with a diverse background in textile design and creative direction. Since December 2004, Patty has operated Patty Young Creative, while also serving as the owner and designer of MODKID, LLC, a company specializing in boutique sewing patterns, designer jacquard ribbons, and licensed designs. As a licensed designer at Riley Blake Designs since May 2015, Patty has contributed to multiple fabric collections and developed the Turn & More tool. Previously, Patty held the position of licensed fabric designer for Michael Miller Fabrics, creating seven notable fabric collections. Patty's early career includes serving as a creative director at Revolve Marketing and as a graphic designer at Progressive Impressions International. Patty holds a BFA in Photography and Graphic Design from the University of Central Florida, obtained in 1993.
