Heidi Carey

Heidi Carey is the Managing Partner of Default Operations at Riley Pope & Laney, LLC. With a background in law and extensive experience in creditors' rights, foreclosures, bankruptcies, and real estate, Heidi has a strong knowledge of mortgage servicing issues. She has successfully managed default practices, supervised legal teams, and implemented quality control procedures throughout her career. Along with her legal expertise, Heidi holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of South Carolina and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music and Business.
