Kristen Marini, MBA

Kristen Marini, MBA has a wealth of experience in the corporate world. Kristen began their career in 2011 as the Director of Sales & Marketing for Direct Image Promotion & Talent Management, where they were responsible for designing and implementing various corporate community events, client liaison, supplier coordination, and staff management. In 2014, they moved to Nectar & Mixologie as the Event Sales Manager, where they were responsible for coordinating upcoming events, planning proposals for future events, client liaising, and increasing brand awareness. In 2015, they joined iMoton Security / iMotion Sécurité as the Director of Operations, where they liaised with the CEO to make decisions for operational activities, analyzed and consulted on current day-to-day operations, consulted with team members to identify operational grievances, and implemented software and technology to streamline activities across the organization. Most recently, in 2022, Kristen joined Rill Data as the People and Culture Manager.

Kristen Marini holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Australian Institute of Business, which they obtained in 2018. Kristen also holds a Diploma in Event Management w/ PR, Eco-Events & Wedding Planning from the Fitzwilliam Institute Group, which they obtained in 2014. Additionally, Marini has obtained various certifications from various institutions, such as Bureau de la sécurité privée, Gallagher, Axis Communications, Milestone Systems, Nedap Retail, and Agent Video Intelligence.
