Miikka Suikki is an experienced professional with a robust background in leading and managing professional services within the technology sector. Currently serving as COO (Interim) and Vice President of Professional Services at Rillion since May 2014, Miikka oversees all aspects of professional services across various regions, focusing on the development of service offerings and methodologies to enhance customer onboarding processes. Previous roles include Head of Professional Services EMEA, where Miikka managed service delivery operations and client relationships, and Head of Professional Services FI, providing leadership and mentorship to a team of professionals. Earlier experience includes a position as Solution Consultant at Basware, implementing software solutions, and a semi-professional football career at HIFK Fotboll. Miikka holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Management from Metropolia University of Applied Sciences.
