Roberto Leon Gavonel

Roberto Leon Gavonel has a diverse work experience starting as an Intern at Banco Central de Reserva del Perú in 1998. Roberto then went on to work at Instituto Peruano de Economia as a Research Analyst, followed by roles at Banco de Crédito BCP as a Product Manager, Inteligo SAB as a Financial Advisor, TDX indigo as a Dca Manager, and Interbank as Gerente de Captaciones y Planillas. Roberto later held positions at Rimac Seguros y Reaseguros, serving as Gerente de productos Vida, and currently, Vice Presidente de Salud / Gerente General de Rimac EPS.

Roberto Leon Gavonel completed a Bachelor's degree in Economics at Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú from 1992 to 1998. Roberto then pursued further education by obtaining a Diplomado en Gestión de Inversion in Investments and Securities from Universidad de Lima in 2008. Later on, in 2014 to 2015, they attended IE Business School and earned an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management.
