Jason Hardiman

Jason Hardiman is the Group VP, Associate General Counsel - Intellectual Property at Rimini Street. Jason has over 15 years of experience in the legal field with a focus on intellectual property and software licensing. Prior to joining Rimini Street, Jason was the Patent Counsel at Intuit where they were responsible for harvesting patentable technology and managing the open source licensing and clearance process. Jason has also worked as a Senior Counsel at Paragon Legal and Rearden Commerce, Inc. where they focused on patent prosecution and software licensing for leading Bay Area companies. In 2007, Jason became the Principal of their own law firm, Jason E. Hardiman, Attorney at Law. Jason then went on to serve as the General Counsel at Sorceron, Inc. from 2000-2002. Jason received their J.D. from Santa Clara University School of Law and their B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University.

Jason Hardiman has a B.S.E. from the University of Michigan in Engineering Science and a J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. Jason is certified by the State Bar of California in California Bar, the Supreme Court of New York, Appellate Division in New York Bar, the USPTO in Registered Patent Attorney, and The Supreme Court of the United States in Supreme Court Bar.

Jason Hardiman reports to Alisa De Dominicis, VP, Global Operations, Legal, Ethics & Compliance. They work with Tiago Achcar - VP, Assistant General Counsel - Americas, Andrew Terry - Group VP, Associate General Counsel - Corporate, and John Jack Reilly - Group VP, Associate General Counsel - Litigation.
