John Nowicki

John Nowicki has extensive experience in the motorcycle industry, particularly with Harley-Davidson. John started their career at Harley-Davidson as a Regional Credit Analyst and later moved into roles such as Regional Dealer Development Rep and District Manager. From 2006 to 2007, they served as a Senior Project Manager, leading the reorganization of the field sales team. John then became a Regional Sales Manager and eventually transitioned to Manager of Field Operations and Support, where they were responsible for the development and execution of the U.S. Field Operating Management System. Prior to their current role at Rinehart Racing as Vice President of Sales, John was the Manager of Dealer Development for the North America Region at Harley-Davidson.
